Helen had over four years experience catering for her own chalet in the Swiss Alps and as a private chef. 

She completed her basic diploma (similar to NVQ Level 3) and intermediate advanced cookery courses at Ashburton Cookery school - Voted 'Best Cookery School for Skills' by BBC Good Food Magazine
